From January 22nd to 23rd, Singderm successfully hosted the China-Thailand Aesthetic Injection Exchange& Symposium event, marking a significant step forward in promoting international collaboration within aesthetics. As a key strategic partner of Singderm in the Thai market, Pola Group invited a distinguished delegation of local experts, including:
Dr. Rosalyn, Professor, Department of Anatomy, Dhurakij Pundit University, Bangkok
Dr. Grace, Technical Director, Doctor Grace Clinic
Dr. Jonny, Technical Director, Doctor Jonny Clinic
The program was designed to deepen China-Thailand professional dialogue on injectable aesthetics and foster the integration and evolution of Eastern aesthetic concepts and techniques.

I. Excellence in Global Manufacturing and Quality

On January 22, the delegation visited Singderm’s automated cross-linked HA gel production facility. Accompanied by Brand Director, Abby Xu, the experts observing its end-to-end production process and stringent quality management systems. With six years of successful international presence, Singderm has obtained multiple quality system certifications including ISO13485, MDSAP, and BGMP, and serves over thirty countries and regions worldwide.
During a follow-up technical seminar, Singderm’s Chief Technical Director Feng Xijiang, Product Manager Karen Kong held a comprehensive and in-depth exchange with the Thai expert team, focusing on Singderm’s product technical features, refined quality control, and global market strategies. Following the exchange, Asia-Pacific Regional Director Lydia Liu presented exchange program certificates to the Thai experts on-site and officially announced the launch of this tour.
II. Cross-Cultural Dialogue: Anatomy, Aesthetics, and Precision Injection

At the Plastic and Aesthetic Center of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, Dr. Chen Li, Associate Chief Physician of the Plastic Surgery Department, delivered a presentation titled "Anatomical Mechanisms of Periorbital and Perioral Aging and Strategies for Injectable Treatment."
He pointed out that periorbital aging is the initial area of facial aging, involving multi-layered structural changes in bone, muscle, ligaments, and fat, necessitating treatment based on different causes and layers of aging. Combined treatments for the periorbital area, such as hyaluronic acid combined with collagen, can effectively promote periorbital rejuvenation.
Regarding lip aging, Dr. Chen Li explained how precise hyaluronic acid injections can restore lip volume, reshape distinct lip subunits, and achieve lip rejuvenation that balances aesthetics and functionality.

Dr. Rosalyn delivered a presentation titled "Thailand Aesthetics Industry Trending" in which she noted that Thai facial features are highly diverse, leading to a correspondingly varied range of aesthetic preferences. Meanwhile, natural beauty aesthetics are set to remain a dominant trend as consumers increasingly recalibrate beauty standards toward authenticity, wellness, and longevity. As social platforms accelerate trend cycles, users are experiencing faster fatigue with hyper-polished, high-effort looks.
III. Skill Exchange: The Path to Safe and Beautiful Outcomes

On the 23rd, the expert delegation visited Awesome, a leading medical aesthetics clinic in China featured “Restrained Aesthetics”.

During an injection technique demonstration, Dr. Zhou Shuyi, Technical Director of the Awesome, showcased refined injection techniques for periorbital rejuvenation. He emphasized achieving the treatment goal of "reconstructing structural order, not merely filling" by precisely controlling injection layers, points, and dosage to improve under-eye bags and tear troughs while maximizing the retention of the eye's lively expression. Ms. Liu Chunhong, Technical Director of Awesome, focused on lip aesthetic enhancement. She demonstrated how to use layered hyaluronic acid injections to build deep structural support, create a luminous superficial texture, and finely refine the corners of the mouth and lip morphology during dynamic expressions, pursuing a vibrant lip shape that is "appealing both in stillness and motion."

The session also included an open dialogue on injectable material trends, with Chinese and Thai physicians shared insights into the use of hyaluronic acid, collagen, and calcium hydroxylapatite in their respective practices. This exchange further enriched technical approaches across different cultural contexts.
IV. Integrating Material Synergy and Holistic Aesthetics in Practice

In the afternoon, the delegation visited Litchi Medical, a high-end medical aesthetics brand founded by the Zhejiang University Elite Doctors Group. Mr. Wang, Founder of Litchi Medical, showed concept of using spatial design to achieve separation of professional departments and optimization of client flow.

Dr. Zhu Yuan, Injection Director of Hefei Huamei Plastic Surgery Hospital, was invited to perform a live injection demonstration. She brilliantly showcased the synergistic application and three-dimensional effects of combined hyaluronic acid and Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHA) treatments on the face. Using techniques like the "5s Method for Facial Firming and Lifting," the "Dual-C Contour for Smooth, Natural Lines," and the "Double Flash Method for Lively Periorbital Areas," she systematically demonstrated how to achieve facial harmony and personalized beauty by combining material properties with injection techniques. Her injection philosophy, which emphasizes proportional harmony and balances the overall with details, along with the immediately visible natural lifting results, won unanimous praise from Thai expert team.

As a global leader in Chinese medical aesthetics, Singderm will continue to collaborate with high-quality partners such as Pola Group and medical professionals from various countries to build a sustainable platform for academic and clinical exchange. Together, we will promote the integration, innovation, and advancement of injectable aesthetic technologies across Asia and beyond.
